SOME OF THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE FRANCHISOR
That the Franchisor shall under the present Agreement provide the Franchisee comprehensive knowledge packages for establishing and running centres which shall be engaged in providing workshops and training programmes for personality development and behavior training.
The Franchisor shall be provided and shall be responsible for the following:-
a) To provide and guide in Content development for the programmes run by the centres of the Franchisee;
b) To issue appropriate course materials at appropriate times to the Franchisee;
c) To issue workbooks, bags, folders and other accessories as are issued by the Franchisor from time to time as per requirement to the Franchisee;
d) To monitor quality control and ensure the services provided by the Franchisee is of such high standards as are required by the Franchisor and also monitor the running of the centres by the Franchisee;
e) To provide trainers/facility on a short term lease basis or otherwise as when required by the Franchisee or as may be deemed necessary by the Franchisor in case it finds the quality as required to be maintained by the Franchisee as compromised or below necessary standards.
f) To keep the Franchisee updated with the latest Training Researches and tools.
g) To issue certificates to participants/trainee/etc. with the signatures of both the Franchisor and the Franchisee.
h) To provide the complete training modules, methodology, training content, activities and itinerary to be followed by the Franchisee.
i) To introduce new soft skills and personality development programmes as per its discretion to be followed by the Franchisee which may range from seven (7) days to two (2) years.
j) To undertake advertising in local dailies and other mediums at the discretion of the Franchisor.
SOME OF THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE FRANCHISEE
The Franchisee shall be responsible for undertaking the following:
a) To generate business and obtain admissions and registrations of new students;
b) To deliver the formulated training modules, training programmes, etc. of the Franchisor;
c) To recruit requisite people for undertaking sales, marketing and administration;
e) To undertake advertising in co-ordination with and approval of the Franchisor.
f) To conduct training workshops through qualified trainers and staff as per the guidelines, modalities provided by the Franchisor;
g) To issue certificates jointly with the Franchisor;
