IPSSR under the able Leadership of Dr. Kapil Kakar apart from Corporate Trainings, was the first Institute in India to run a comprehensive Train the Trainer Workshop which was run intensively for 6 days, where apart from Training Skills, lot of focus was given on Management Activities and how to derive optimal learning from the Management Activities.
